Living My Purpose

Are you living or just exiting? Well. I had to ask myself that same question.  After taking a break from my profession as an Esthetician of 18 years to work in the customer service department as a credit card customer service specialist.

So this company manufactured credit cards and my jobs was to build out the card; all the way from the size, color, width and height will it need a chip or  won't it need a chip? Is it a debit or credit card? However the job seamed pretty simply until it was time to actually create a card.

However, the only thing I knew was the  colors, because that was part of my theory in  the esthethics course, when I heard the letters CMYK I instantly knew Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black.

Yes!  Let me tell you that was one of the most difficult jobs that I have ever had; mind you most of the people who worked there had been in the game for over 10 plus years. After three months I wanted to bail; I decided to give it a chance because it was a new line of work for me.

Okay month 6 rolls around after having to get help throughout the whole process. I decided to throw in the towel, realizing that these cards went to about 6 other departments for finishing. That being told to say the least, not the job for me! I now am back into what I truly love Esthetics! Living.
